We had a fantastic day on Tuesday when we officially launched our new school Vision statement; ‘Building Futures with love’. A school’s vision sets the ethos and future direction for the school and helps to shape all that we do.
The children spent some time thinking about their future, what jobs they might like to do, and what they would like to do in their spare time. They also carried out a range of activities to help them to think about ways in which they can show love for themselves, each other and the world. They made a ‘brick’ with some pledges for the future and filled it with their hopes and dreams for the future, they planted bulbs, made friendship bracelets, explored ways to help the planet and thought about ways they can live more healthily. As you can see they had a fabulous time!
